How do I merge an image into a WriteableBitmap?
I have a bitmap:
var map = new WriteableBitmap(800,800,800,800, PixelFormats.Bgr32,null);
And then I have a 50 x 50 png picture which I want to combine into this bitmap (including transparency) at the offset position top 100 left 150 (from the top left corner of the bitmap)
var img = new BitmapImage(new Uri(@"D:\test.png", UriKind.Absolute));
I've tried things like map.WritePixels(img);
but it just throws an error. How can I combine this image into a bitmap?

Just copy the color values ββto the buffer and then copy them back to WriteableBitmap
