How do I add a search term to searchindex.js in Sphinx?

For example, I want to show 2 results when the user enters scopes

and I have 2 occurrences of that word in my documents, but searchindex.js

nothing in them , and I got no results.

Can someone explain how this works?
(I get results for other searches, for example api
