Do I split, isolate or alter a Youtube video audio or video in my android app?

I have a responsive website for kids. Children can watch selected Youtube videos in their web browser. To make an android ann app I used the APK maker. This app shows my site in a full screen web browser. I configured it to hide the address bar so that kids can browse the app (website) more safely. There are no external links on the website other than links from the Youtube player. YouTube videos are uploaded using the regular WordPress YouTube plugin. When you click on YouTube logo or video URL, Youtube website will be shown.

Now Google Play says I violate the YouTube Api rules:

"Your API client will not, and you will not encourage or create functionality for your users or other third parties: (8) to split, isolate, or modify the audio or video components of any YouTube audiovisual content available through the YouTube API;"

This I really don't understand. I don't want to break anything. When I call for reinstatement, it is fair to say: "After further consideration, we are unable to restore your app. You can find more information under the 'Reason for Suspension' section of the notice of initial removal from Google Play.

The initial deletion notice says what I wrote above.
