Bluetooth 3.0 connection on IOS using IAP2

Q: Given MFI certified IAP2 support for Bluetooth 3.0, how can I connect, search and pair with the APP? What are the exact commands? An example would be better :)

Background:

We recently developed an ISO app that links an external HW device using Bluetooth 3.0, which some of you may know supports MFI (which we have)

One of the big drawbacks was the lack of an app to initiate a connection to a Bluetooth device due to IOS restrictions, that is, the user has to manually go to the iphone bluetooth settings and connect to an external HW device, unlike adroid, where the given Bluetooth name of the external HW device and assuming that the user has already connected the device, the application can initiate the connection

After talking to the manufacturer of the Bluetooth module about this flaw, he replied that the BT module supports both IAP1 and IAP2, while one of the IAP2 features is "Bluetooth connection", "search" and even "parry" from the app.

The problem is, he couldn't tell us HOW? Hence the question :)

Thanks & & amp; Best wishes Ran
