Titanium Appcelerator Publishing Issue (IOS)

Hi I have uploaded my app to iTunes connect. The app has been verified and submitted successfully. When publishing an app on the app store, my app was rejected for insufficient metadata

can anyone tell me the reason for the same and what changes I need to make to fix the problem.

Metadata disclaimer means that the descriptions / screenshots / search tags, that we are nothing but the IPA that you provide in iTunes, do not follow the guidelines or are incomplete.

In the iTunes Resolution Center, they will detail this issue. If not, you can contact them via the chat option and request more information. Usually the Resolution Center will provide all the details.

Insufficient metadata means you may have provided invalid metadata. For metadata , Apple's 17 best practices are listed below. Make sure you keep an eye on them.

  • Apps or metadata that mention the name of any other mobile platform will be rejected
  • Placeholder apps will be rejected
  • Apps with names, descriptions, screenshots or previews not related to the content and functionality of the app will be rejected
  • App names in iTunes Connect and displayed on the device should be similar to avoid confusion
  • Small and large app icons should be similar to avoid confusion.
  • Apps with app icons, screenshots and previews that do not meet the 4+ age rating will be rejected.
  • Apps with categories and genres that are inappropriate for app content will be rejected
  • Developers are responsible for assigning appropriate ratings to their applications. Incorrect ratings may be changed / removed by Apple.
  • Developers are responsible for assigning appropriate keywords to their applications. Invalid keywords can be changed / removed by Apple.
  • Developers who attempt to manipulate or defraud user reviews or rank charts in the App Store through fake or paid reviews or any other inappropriate method will be removed from the iOS Developer Program
  • Apps that recommend restarting their iOS device before installing or launching may be rejected
  • Apps must have all URLs included, fully functional when you submit them to view, such as support URLs and privacy policies
  • Apps with screenshots, previews and marketing text that do not explicitly identify additional content or items that must be purchased separately (for example, using the IAP) will be rejected.
  • App previews may only use video captures for apps, voice messages, text and design overlays, or the app will be rejected.
  • Apps with previews displaying personal information of a real person without permission will be rejected.
  • Only music that is licensed for this purpose in all selected territories can be included in the app preview.
  • Fault-tolerant applications, which include content played or transmitted through an application (e.g. iTunes playlist, YouTube streaming video) that is not licensed for use in preview,

Finally, you should make sure to provide information on how to use the application so that they can easily test the application.
