What is the difference between application context and runtime context in eclipse e4?

I've read in various tutorials / articles, these terms are used as an alternative to "Application Context" and "Workbench Context".

They are the same? If not, what is the difference between them? and what is the connection between them?

The Reference Manual uses Workbench Context, which means the same as Application Context.
