CLOUD SQL - Cant save 'add IP settings in Google Cloud Console

I want to authorize / add an IP under the cloud "access control" in the cloud console, I can add a new IP, but when I press the SAVE button, it doesn't work or nothing happens, when I click the SAVE button, not even generated error message.

In the past, we added many IPs without any problem, but now it's a buggy. Seems to be a problem with the Cloud Console UI?

As explained by CF Lewis, Cloud SQL team member, this is a UI usability issue. You need to click "save", not "add item". If you have previously clicked add item, remove the empty entry and click Save once you have put in the IP / App ID that you want to allow as a client for your instance.
