I am going to develop an Android application using Kotlin language instead of Java. Will I be able to later convert this app to run on Windows 10 devices using Project Astoria?
As far as I can tell, Project Astoria works with binaries, so they don't care which compiler created them: Java or Kotlin. So yes, it will probably work.
