Installing SSMS 2014 Requiring DLL Errors

I am installing SSMS 2014 but when installing I get below error: -

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL is required to prevent this installation from running. Please contact your support or package provider."

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
