What is the legality of scrambling YouTube data?

If we cancel the youtube data and just show the content that will be cleared. Is it legal or illegal? The same question I want to ask regarding using the youtube API. Can anyone suggest.

Here's their Robots.txt: https://www.youtube.com/robots.txt

They don't really welcome scraping, which also explains why youtube is difficult to cross. You can embed data from youtube without any problem. If you peel it and stick it in, just don't make it obvious that you are clearing it.



Otherwise, everything is fine.
