Click once in Windows 10 NotifyIcon not showing

So using the following diagram: Working

You can see that the only time something breaks is when I use ClickOnce on Windows 10, however the notifications work fine if I run it directly from the exe. When I run it with ClickOnce using the console, I see the same methods hitting the console, but no notifications are displayed. I have tried to get this fix for a very long time but to no avail.

One click expands to a network share. ClickOnce notifications work fine on Windows 8. I have no idea what might be causing this.

So I got into a discussion with someone I know at Microsoft, and it looks like the latest version (he says should be released sometime in November 2015) should contain a fix for this problem.



Looking forward to it and hopefully fix it if I don't contact him again and see how things are going, as I would say it is a very bad issue.
