Android Studio - HAX core module not installed

i installed Android Studio for Windows.

I have an AMD 7850K processor and an A78M-E35 motherboard.

I cannot start the emulator because the installer for the HAX module is for Intel only.

What alternatives do I have for running the emulator with AMD?

Many posts on this forum suggest Genymotion.

With this, I found an appropriate answer for myself:

It is possible to change the image for the emulator - so that genymotion could be used. But much easier for me to change the image to hand instead of x86.



Now it works with no problem.

I was trying to start the emulator and I got an error about hardware acceleration and Hax kernel module error. This fixed my error:

1) try enabling virtualization technology by entering BIOS at startup.
