Doesn't load - "Azure DocumentDB Data Migration Tool"

Here I am working with Microsoft Azure. so I'm trying to use the open source DocumentDB Data Migration Tool to import data into Microsoft Azure DocumentDB from a variety of sources, including JSON files, CSV files, SQL, MongoDB, Azure Table Storage, and DocumentDB Collections. But the problem is the "Azure DocumentDB Data Migration Tool" is not loading into my system. To download this migration tool, do I need any pre-installation of other software products on my system. So please update some details about the issue. Thank.
