Visual Studio Team Explorer: Customize the My Work panel

Is there a way to customize the My Work panel to show more groups?

For example, I currently have a job "Progress", "Paused Work" and "Available Work Items". I also have a Code Reviews section. How can I add a Bugs Ready to Test section or something like that?

I am asking this because I have work items in my queue that do not appear in this list - it seems that the tasks are running but there are no errors.

You can modify the Available Work Items section to display the results of any query. Just create a request that shows what interests you and save it in the "My Requests" section. Then in the "My Work" panel, you can select it from the dropdown list:
