Projects Animation like Google Open Source Projects

I want to create an animation such as the Google Open Source Projects page in the profile of my projects.

Can someone please help me with any library that might be available for such a diagram / animation or, if not available, can someone help me understand how I can do something like this myself?

PS: I know Angular1 well, so Angular1 code hints would really be appreciated if possible.
