Inconsistent Views in Interface Builder in XCode 8.3

After updating XCode to the latest version (8.3 [8E162]), I am experiencing some strange behavior in the Interface Builder. More specifically, the containers of the UI elements that I have in the storyboard are offset with the rendered controls. When running on a device / simulator, everything looks fine.

Any ideas how to fix this?

PS: I am not using the secondary display and I tried to open the storyboard separately and the problem is still there.
