Update for Windows 10 vs C # WinForm

Has anyone encountered a bad performance issue with WinForm app in this new Windows 10 Creators update? I have a WinForm application and some of the forms inside are now about 40s slower when you try to open them. (not just the first discovery) VS 2015 profiler told me that the main problem is with InitializeComponent () at the beginning, so I think it has something to do with this new update. On the computer with the previous Anniv. update is ok. I know this is a description in general, but perhaps someone comes across something similar.
