How do I install Windows 7?
The windows build for caffe2 is currently in beta and only supports Windows 10. Try using docker.
The webpage says that
Caffe2 requires Windows 10 or higher to run. Windows build is in test and beta mode. For the simplest route, now use docker images in CPU only mode.
