Do not receive Push Push notification in iOS 10.3.1 and receive twice in iOS 9

Question

Do not receive Push Push notification in iOS 10.3.1 and receive twice in iOS 9

I am using Version 8.2.1. Problem: I don't get notifications on IOS 10.3.1, but I get notifications on IOS 9 (but twice) .
