Opensource project management software

Can anyone guide me to good open source project management tools?

I need this for project management for a development team. All developers are C # developers.

What's the best option?

We are not familiar with php or any other language, so we prefer something in .Net or some software that is easier to use.

The most fully featured Open Source of these seem to be Java based. It goes from there. The only .NET project management software I've seen is SharpForge (which has since become embroiled in a commercial product).

Trac ( http://trac.edgewall.org/ ) is one of the most used, even if not written in .NET.

Seriously. I love Redmine . This is a project management application written in Ruby. It is very easy to install it via the installation package. I highly recommend it.

It works great on Windows platform.
