NHibernate, Codesmith and the physical architecture of the project

I recently tried CodeSmith templates for NHibernate. As many of you may have observed, there is a video explaining how to create a home page. Using these templates. My question is, what is the correct architecture in this approach? Do we have to have a BLL (or Services) layer to interact with this Home Home Home Home Home Home Home Home Home Home Home Run. Also should our presentation layer be unaware of Business Objects in our Petshop.Data and shoud, do we have business objects in BLL again?

I would say the presentation layer might be aware of your business objects, but shouldn't know how they are populated from the database (but NHibernate will take care of that for you anyway). If you are using the service layer it gives you another flexibility / control option. I always use it.

I had a similar experience with CodeSmith. Here is a blog post I made: http://hypertrends.com/Blog/post/2008/12/15/CodeSmith-to-create-NHibernate-Mappings-Honest-Thoughts.aspx
