Is there a good link or summary of the new features in WCF 2.0 / VS2010?
I am trying to make a proposal for a rationale for a project to move from Jabber to WCF.

Without answering your question in particular, but WCF 2.0 is not going to appear for some time now, so I would base my estimate on the current WCF version.
