Upload and download Google Drive in the background

I can upload to google drive using accounts added to android phone. I followed the steps as described at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ied1CjJ0iP0 . What I really want to do is upload to one account from multiple phones via the service as a background process. How can i do this.
