How to create text to speech using PhoneGap on Android?

I am new to Phonegap but I know how to use phonegap in android. But I want to know that

How to create a tts text library using PhoneGap on Android.

I have a tts text library which is native code. I want to use this tts library on android using phone latch. Can someone please suggest me ..... plz help .... I have been trying for a long time .... plz give an example example of this if you can so it will be easier to understand for everyone ....
