JQuery mobile or HTML5 app

I am trying to create an app that needs to be cross platform and needs to work like a native android app. I have apps on my phone, but I don't have such a native app as feeling. Is there a framework or something that could help me achieve this? So far I have used

  • JQuery mobile, phonegap, appcelerator, trigger.io

Any advice and help on advice is appreciated. And also I got this feeling or need when I stumbled upon this http://www.aldomatic.com/jqm/fb-menu-style/index.html

and wanted to create facebook as a menu that looks more like a native one, but it needs to be HTML5 based.

Unfortunately, I don't think of any mobile web environment that will give you the full Android look and feel. There only iOS looks like a framework called Kendo UI .

The best you can do is use jQuery Mobile and use a theme that bears the closest resemblance to the Android look and feel.

There are 2 of them, some older and some newer:

Also jQuery mobile 1.3 has a sliding bar that you showed us in your link. Better yet, the sliding bar used in your link is the jQuery Mobile bar.

I recently found this

this is the closest thing to a native android theme I found.

Hope it helps!
