Php-fpm ignore error_log when daemonize = no

Reference Information. I am using PHP-FPM inside a Docker container. I installed daemonize = no

in php-fpm.conf, so the Docker container itself can be started as a daemon.

When ..
daemonize = no
error_log = syslog -> is ignored

Is there a way not to be ignored error_log

in this case?
