No device connected when trying to connect Firefox phone using Firefox app-manager or webIDE

I need help with the following problem. I am trying to connect Symphony GoFox F15 Firefox phone with Firefox night v36 (browser). but it says "no device connected". I have installed ADB add-ons as well. I also tried using adb.exe for android. when i command "adb devices" it doesn't show the device.

I searched for a USB driver for this phone and there I only found one site link which was given below.

But after downloading the driver file, I followed the procedure, but there it shows "no driver found" when I tried to update the driver from the device manager. File may b is missing. May b installing the USB driver for this phone might fix this problem .. but don't know how to install it.

I am using Windows 8 64-bit.

one more question. The website says it is OS version 1.4. but in the phone setting details I found F15_0_000_V1.0_V09.2. What do you mean then?

You need to find the device id (example: 0x1234) of this phone and you need to add it to the folder. / android by updating the adb_usb.ini file.
