Failed to set up Facebook app for Facebook App Center - App detail page

I have an iOS app that uses the iOS SDK and is approved by Facebook to get basic info + date of birth + city location.

I want to list it in the App Center and try to submit another app with the following permission:

Application Information You only need to send application information when you want your application to be listed in the Application Center. Your app is automatically opened by Facebook when you fill in app information and publish your app.

However, I get an error when the app info is incomplete, but after checking this page, it looks complete to me (image attached)

Any idea on what's still missing and how to complete it? Many thanks

I can confirm that all optional fields of the image have been filled if not visible from this image attached

Also for confirmation, App Center Listed Platforms

it cannot be configured as both buttons are inactive

For starters, in the section App Center Listed Platforms

you have both options set to no

. I must say yes

.

I had the same problem. In the section Settings

in the section the iOS

parameter Single Sign On

should say YES

.

You have to fill iPhone store ID

in Settings

and then you can turn the switch inApp Center Listed Platforms

I had the same problem. This is the answer I got from facebook support:

Hi Gert, Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, games that are only available on iOS or Android and not on the web are not eligible for App Center.

You can learn more about the eligibility requirements at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/listing/ .

But for gray buttons it turns out

 Settings -> basic -> iOS -> Single Sign = On

gives

 App Center -> Details -> App Center Listed Platforms -> iOS - iPhone

and

 Settings -> basic -> Android -> Single Sign = On

gives

 App Center -> Details -> App Center Listed Platforms -> Android
