In short: you are not - not directly. Use interface parameters to pass values ​​to the form (NEVER intentionally do anything in the way that you will need to remove staff), and in the form either use the interface input parameters directly or in the form initialization encoding, pass the values ​​from the input parameters into global variables. While it would be technically possible to access the values, nothing will work - and a lot of maintainability will be lost.
