SSMS Remove login from the "Connect to Server" dialog

I'd love to remove the username from the SSMS Connect to Server dialog, but I can't figure out how, and I can't find it wherever you are.

I don't want to delete the SqlStudio.bin file or the mru.dat file because it resets all login information plus a lot of other settings.

Also, I've already tried hovering over username and pressing delete key. I even tried the backspace key for good measure. No luck with that.

If anyone knows anything that I haven't tried, I would be very grateful.

To delete a saved login, delete the associated saved server name. Expand the server name drop-down list, hover over the server name, and press Delete.
